2. Our Offerings

2.1 Service Offerings — We provide customized support in tax optimization across various jurisdictions.

2.2 Digital Guides — We offer online manuals, templates, and training material for self-paced learning.

2.3 Physical Products — We supply printed handbooks and related merchandise.

3. Access and Use

You may access our content for personal or professional purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to use our materials. Any misuse may result in suspension of access.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are listed on our site and are due upon purchase. We accept major methods of payment.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction. The following outlines the conditions and procedures for reimbursement.

5.1 Service Offerings

For bespoke engagements, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no substantial work has begun. To submit a request, contact our team via the contact form. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original method of purchase. Engagements that require immediate allocation of expert time or third-party fees are not eligible for reimbursement. In such cases, no reimbursement will be provided due to the bespoke nature and direct scheduling commitments.

5.2 Digital Guides

Digital guides may be downloaded upon purchase. If you have not accessed the download link, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days. Contact us to initiate the process. Once the guide is accessed, no reimbursement will be granted.

5.3 Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days. We will replace the item at our cost or issue a reimbursement upon our receipt of the item sent back. Shipping costs will be covered by TaxallPlan. All other sales of physical products are final.

6. Transfer of Services

Requests to reschedule or transfer a service may be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled start. Subject to availability, such transfers are free of charge. Last-minute changes are not permitted.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Custom reports, completed work, or any item delivered in full cannot be reimbursed. This policy ensures fairness given the resources committed to each request.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version will take effect upon posting to our site. Continued use indicates acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
